We’ve been busy. Over the past weeks we completely rebuilt the Collect flow - the page your customers use to leave you a review - and the editor behind it. Here’s what’s new.
Click-to-edit editor
Editing your collect page is now direct: a live replica of your page sits in the middle of the editor, and clicking any element - the title, the stars, a platform tile - opens exactly the setting that controls it. The preview follows every step of your visitor’s journey, and the progress dots are clickable too, so you can jump straight to any step of the flow.
Choose your collection flow
You can now pick how visitors leave their review:
- Choose first: visitors pick where to leave their review right away - your own review form is optionally one of the options.
- Write first: visitors write their review on your page first, then are encouraged to paste it on a public platform like Google. You keep every review, even if they stop there.
- A/B test: not sure which flow works better for your audience? Split visitors 50/50 between the two and let the numbers decide.
A rating filter can be layered on either flow, and every text on every screen is editable.
Stats for your collect page
A new Stats tab shows how your collect page performs: page views, reviews captured, platform clicks and posted confirmations, with a funnel per flow and platform-by-platform breakdowns. Stats are scoped to the sub-account you’re viewing, so agencies see clean per-client numbers.
Platforms, properties and safety rails
The platforms list supports drag-and-drop ordering and, for accounts with multiple locations or rentals, a property-selection step so each property shows its own review platforms. The editor also warns you when an enabled platform is missing a valid review link, so customers never hit a dead end.
Share it anywhere
The Share tab bundles everything you need to get the page in front of customers: your link with prefill options, a QR code for print, a kiosk page for tablets at your counter, NFC cards & stands, embeddable widgets - and new email tools: paste your page’s first screen straight into any email, or add a compact review button under your email signature.
