Webhooks

Signing secret - shown once, store it now. Deliveries carry an X-Repuso-Signature header.
Payload samples
Every delivery is a POST with an X-Repuso-Signature: t=<unix>,v1=<hmac> header - verify with HMAC-SHA256("<t>.<raw body>", your whsec secret) and answer any 2xx within 10 seconds.
