Connect Google reviews to ChatGPT

ChatGPT installs Repuso from the app directory, or connects to it as a custom connector - authorised by sign-in rather than a pasted key.

Google ChatGPT MCP

What you get

Repuso monitors your Google profiles and exposes them over MCP, so ChatGPT can read reviews, ratings, history and AI summaries directly - and the same connection covers the other 50+ platforms you monitor, not just Google.

The Places API returns five reviews per place and no history, so anything beyond a snapshot has to come from somewhere else. More on the Google API.

Connect it

  1. Install Repuso Reviews from the ChatGPT app directory - nothing to paste.
  2. Or add it by hand: Settings → Connectors, MCP server URL https://api.repuso.com/public/v1/mcp, authentication OAuth.
  3. Sign in with your Repuso email and approve access.

Custom connectors are available on the ChatGPT plans that support them, per OpenAI's rollout. Full setup: ChatGPT integration guide.

Then ask it things

You: how did our Google rating move over the last six months?
You: summarise what people complain about across our three Google locations
You: list every Google review under three stars from this month that has no reply yet

It can write, too - tagging reviews, adding a profile, or setting up a webhook, if the connection was granted those permissions.

Start

A key and a connected profile take about two minutes, and the trial is 10 days with no card.
