Connect Trustpilot reviews to Claude Code

Claude Code connects from the terminal with one command, using your API key.

Trustpilot Claude Code MCP

What you get

Repuso monitors your Trustpilot profiles and exposes them over MCP, so Claude Code can read reviews, ratings, history and AI summaries directly - and the same connection covers the other 50+ platforms you monitor, not just Trustpilot.

Trustpilot's own API is tied to a paid plan and your own profile, so competitor data and long history are out of reach. More on the Trustpilot API.

Connect it

  1. Grab an API key from the console.
  2. Run the command below - it registers the Repuso MCP server for the current project.
  3. Ask Claude Code about your reviews; it discovers the tools itself.
claude mcp add --transport http repuso https://api.repuso.com/public/v1/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Basic $(printf ':YOUR_API_KEY' | base64)"

Same MCP server as the desktop connector, authenticated with a key instead of a sign-in - handy in CI or a devcontainer. Full setup: Claude Code integration guide.

Then ask it things

You: summarise the last 50 Trustpilot reviews and group the themes
You: alert me when our Trustpilot score drops below 4.5
You: which Trustpilot reviews mention refunds?

It can write, too - tagging reviews, adding a profile, or setting up a webhook, if the connection was granted those permissions.

Start

A key and a connected profile take about two minutes, and the trial is 10 days with no card.
