You can now connect your Repuso account to ChatGPT or Claude, and ask about your reviews the way you would ask a colleague.
Type “show my latest Google reviews” and you get them, in the chat, with names, dates and ratings. No dashboard, no report to build, no export.
What you can ask
The questions people find most useful are the ones that would otherwise mean reading through a list yourself:
- “What are customers complaining about most this month?” The assistant reads the reviews and tells you the pattern, rather than handing you twenty reviews to read.
- “Draft a reply to my latest 1-star review.” It has the review text, so the draft is about that customer’s actual complaint. You post it yourself, wherever you normally reply.
- “How has my rating changed over the last 6 months?” The trend, in a sentence, instead of a chart you have to interpret.
Setting it up
Find Repuso in the ChatGPT or Claude connector directory and add it. You will be asked to sign in with your Repuso account and to choose which sub-account the assistant may read. That is the whole setup, and it takes about a minute.
You can also start from Integrations inside your Repuso dashboard, which links straight to both.
What it can and cannot do
The assistant reads your reviews, ratings and profiles, and it can add a profile for you to monitor. It cannot delete reviews, profiles or anything else. Deleting stays in the dashboard, where it needs a deliberate click from someone who is looking at what they are removing.
Only account administrators can connect an assistant, and access can be revoked at any time from Integrations. Revoking takes effect immediately, not whenever the assistant next happens to check.

None. It is included in every Repuso plan, on the same terms as the rest of your account.
