Reply to Google reviews without leaving Repuso

October 11, 2026

Collecting Google reviews is half the job. The other half is answering them, and until now that meant leaving Repuso, opening Google, finding the review again and typing the reply there. Not any more: connect your Google Business Profile once and you can reply to every Google review from the same dashboard you already use to collect and display them.

Why replies matter

People read the replies as closely as the reviews. A thoughtful answer to a 3-star review often does more for the next customer than another 5-star review does, because it shows how you behave when something goes wrong. Google’s own guidance for business owners recommends replying, because it shows customers you value their feedback.

The hard part is not writing a reply. It is remembering to, every time, across every location, without a review slipping through. That is what this feature is built for.

Connect your Google Business Profile

On the Channels page, click Connect Google and sign in with the Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile. Repuso lists the locations that account manages and matches them to your existing Google channels automatically.

  • Tick the listings you want to link and click Link selected. That is it.
  • A listing that is not in Repuso yet can be added in one click from the same window, already linked.
  • You can also connect, link and unlink from any Google channel’s settings page.

Your existing Google reviews stay exactly as they are. Nothing is collected twice and nothing changes in your widgets.

Reply, edit or delete

Once a channel is linked, every Google review from it gets a Reply button. Write your answer and click Post on Google - it goes straight to Google. Already replied? Edit reply and Delete reply work the same way, so you never have to open Google to fix a typo.

If a reply is changed or removed directly on Google, Repuso picks that up too, so what you see in the dashboard matches what your customers see.

Let AI draft the reply

Click AI reply suggestion on any review and you get a reply written for that specific review, in the reviewer’s own language. The suggestion is editable right where it appears: change a word, add a detail only you know, then post it. Not quite right? Regenerate gives you a fresh one.

Answer a backlog in minutes

Most businesses have a pile of older reviews that never got an answer. The Reviews page now shows how many Google reviews are still waiting for a reply, with a Show them link that filters the list down to exactly those.

Next to it, Draft replies with AI writes a draft for each unanswered review and puts them in one window. Go through them, edit any you want, and approve them one by one - or approve them all at once. Discard the ones you would rather answer yourself.

You can also switch a Google channel to draft replies to new reviews automatically, so a draft is waiting for you every time a new review comes in.

Nothing is ever posted without a person approving it. AI writes the draft; you decide what goes on Google, and every posted reply records who approved it.

For agencies

If you manage clients, connect each client’s Google Business Profile from their account and reply on their behalf from one dashboard. You decide per client account:

  • whether replying to Google reviews is switched on for that client, and
  • whether the client’s own editors may connect their Google account and reply themselves.
